EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

Myducan is committed to provide quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product..

Terms & Conditions

  1. All items must be returned new, unused.
  2. If item(s) are returned, then the applicable amount will be credited back to the same card account used while transacting within 14 working days. Upon return, if the total order value falls under KD 15, order will no longer be eligible for free Deilvery and KD 1.5 will be charged towards shipping.
  3. Myducan will not refund or exchange the following items: personal items (such as underwear, socks, innerwear), items marked “not refundable” or “not exchangeable”, and items being soiled or damaged (such as size altered, washed or worn garment, leather being oiled, etc.)
  4. Items cannot be partially returned if the order included gifts or items were bought as a bundle. If you return only parts of a bundle, the return is considered incomplete and cannot be processed until the remaining gifts or bundled items are also returned. If the gift item has been unpacked or used, other items in the order can be exchanged, but not refunded.
  5. If the stocks are not available due to some technical glitch in online and only few items available online so out of stock items would be cancelled and money will be refunded.
  6. Please note all goods must be accompanied by an invoice. Returns without an invoice will be denied.
  7. If the product is not available, then a full refund will be made to the customer. The applicable amount will be credited back to the card account within 14 working days.
  8. Merchandise can exchange with in same styles without paying but if the items are different than what you have purchase then must pay the balance amount of the product.
  9. No refund on Sale items but can be exchanged in the stores.
  10. Any Exchange & Refund can be done through only stores in Kuwait.
  11. Any Myducan Retail store in Kuwait will gladly assist you in returning or exchanging unused Merchandise within 30 days of purchase at the original selling price provided merchandise is returned with a Receipt and Merchandise Tag; Merchandise exchanged after 30 days will be at the current selling price, provided it is not used, washed or altered.
  12. FOR HYGENIC REASONS ALL SALE OF UNDERWEAR AND INNER GARMENT ARE FINAL, RETURNS OR EXCHANGE OF THESE ITEMS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED
  13. Myducan has rights to cancel any order if the items prices are updated wrongly & if the customer has received the wrong item.
